Charity and Welfare Sponsorship Protocol

Following are the protocol and procedures required to be followed by individuals looking for health care, education or social support.

Contact Admin and take an appointment for the interview.

Someone from the Welfare Network staff will conduct your Interview to register your case for evaluation. The interview has five basic parts. First part is about your basic introduction and contact information. Second part is about your problems and issues. Third and fourth part is about your family and financial status. Fifth and final part is about your personal efforts that you will be carrying out for resolving your problem and any additional information that is not covered in the interview which you may want to share with us.

After the interview you will be informed about the required documents that you will need to submit for completing the registration process.

All applicants are required to submit a declaration to acknowledge that information they have provided is correct to the best of their knowledge and belief.

Once the supporting documents and declarations have been received, Welfare Network staff will make a home visit for verification. Home visit protocols and requirements will be briefed to you before the visit.

All cases have to be approved by the Welfare Network Board. Approval process involves verificaiton of submitted data and can take about five to seven working days.

Following our sponsorship protocol is not an endorsement of case approval. The Board has the right to reject a case if it does not meet the required benchmark.
